Please be advised that for sanitary and safety purposes, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, including but not limited to e-liquids, atomizers, disposable vapes, etc.
To begin the return or refund process, kindly follow these steps:
Reach out to our customer service team via @vapeplay.pk within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund request.
Our customer service team will aid you in confirming the product issue and offer additional guidance on the next steps to take.
Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return label for sending the product back to us. Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering all shipping and handling expenses associated with the return.
Upon receipt of the product and verification that it remains unused and in its original packaging, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchanging the product.
